This Privacy Policy describes how Abdelrahman Abdelsattar (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about users of our mobile application (NTMY). By using NTMY, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Account Data

• Email address (used for login and communication)
• nickname
• Optional profile picture

Usage Data

• QnA answers (visible only to your partner)
• Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting
• Firebase Analytics (no demographic, ad, or behavioral tracking; user ID only)
• Push notification tokens (to deliver reminders)

Optional Media

• If you upload a profile picture, it is stored in Supabase Storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide you with daily questions and display your and your partner’s answers
• Enable account creation and login
• Send email communications (e.g., password resets, partner invites)
• Deliver push notifications
• Monitor and improve the stability of NTMY (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Analyze anonymized usage data to improve user experience
• Optionally provide you with AI-powered recaps about you and your partner’s answers. We will not do this before you explicitly agree to that.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• As required by law (e.g., legal obligations or governmental requests)
• With service providers (Supabase, Firebase) to operate core features

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through NTMY.
• We do not retain any personal data after deletion is requested.

5. Data Storage and International Transfers

Your data is stored and processed using Supabase and Firebase infrastructure, which may include servers located outside the EU. We ensure that these providers comply with GDPR and other international data protection regulations.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you’re located in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• File a complaint with your data protection authority
